LSR7 student vaccine and booster clinic rescheduled

The Jackson County Health Department has rescheduled the voluntary COVID-19 vaccine clinic for LSR7 students. The first clinic is now Jan. 22, and the second clinic is Feb. 12. Times are the same, and they are still at the Stansberry Leadership Center. Register through the link below. Make an appointment at the following link: https://jacohd.jotform.com/213434331300135

Additional details include:

  • Vaccines are available for all students 5 years of age and older. The first dose will be administered on Jan. 15 and the second dose on Feb. 5.

  • Boosters are available for students ages 12 & up who are five months out from their second dose. Students who are 5-11 years old may receive a booster only if they bring medical documentation stating they are immunocompromised. Booster appointments will be available on both dates.

Appointments are required for our vaccine clinics, and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If this is your student’s second or third dose, you MUST bring vaccination cards. All students must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

We are grateful to our partners at Jackson County Health Department for their assistance in providing this opportunity for our school community, and thank you for your cooperation and support.
